Caven Point Marine Terminal, Jersey City - New Boathouse, Maintenance Building and Administration Facility for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on the Hudson River. Project consists of 20", 30", and 32" think concrete flood walls that are 13 foot and 16 foot high to protect against potential heavy flooding. Project also includes slabs on ground, slabs on metal deck and an 8" thick supported slab with concrete beams and circular columns. Miscellaneous items also include entrance stairs, slabs, and various cast in place stairs throughout the facility.
