Bristol Meyers Squibb Building S-4 Renovation Project, Summit - Install new exterior foundation walls, footings, and slabs on ground at the Summit Campus location for Bristol Meyers Squibb. Work is part of a major renovation to the interior and exterior of the existing building when Bristol Meyers took over Celgene. Additonal scope of work includes: About 250 lineal foot of plumbing tenches and roughly 1000 sq. ft. of slab infill inside the existing building; Excavation, backfilling and installing 4" stone base and vapor barrier under the new slabs on ground.
