New Headworks Building at Passaic Valley Sewarage Commission, Newark - Construct reinforced pile caps, foundation grade beams, walls, columns and structural building slab on ground in the first phase. Next, construct 20-foot high perimeter walls with butresses and an elevated supported concrete deck with structural beams for the second floor deck/roof. On top of the elevated concrete deck is a 5-foot high perimeter parapet wall. Erect concrete stair shaft from Elevation 110 to 160 with mulitple landings and stairs to access various levels of the new and existing Headworks Building. Project expected to start in 1st quarter 2023.
