Substation M Building @ Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission, Newark - Main scope of work included large pile caps, 4 to 6 foot high grade beams/walls and columns, structural slabs on ground, exterior platform slabs and concrete stairs, 12" thick building pads for 2 new Transformer Units and the relocation of an existing Generator.  In addition, 4 seperate lifts of flow fill were pumped inside the building's footprint around the 100+ runs of electrical conduit piping that ran below the main slab of the building;  Various 4" and 6" equipment pads were then placed on the main building's slab that housed new electrical equipment for the new Substation.
